Eric Holder's DoJ

A high ranking member of Eric Holder's DoJ is coming forward blasting the department's racial bias. Its good to see more people speaking up, but the question to ask is: will anything be done about that bias?

The Justice Department is ignoring civil rights cases that involve white victims and wrongly abandoned a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party last year, a top department official testified Friday. He called the department's conduct a "travesty of justice."

Christopher Coates, former voting chief for the department's Civil Rights Division, spoke under oath Friday morning before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, in a long-awaited appearance that had been stonewalled by the Justice Department for nearly a year.

Why the stone walling, Mr. Holder?  Would you care to comment?  Obviously not.  However, it doesn't take much for Americans to understand.  The real reason is that you are a racist.  You are exactly what Obama wanted and has surrounded himself with.  You hate whites.  Admit it.

Coates discussed in depth the DOJ's decision to dismiss intimidation charges against New Black Panther members who were videotaped outside a Philadelphia polling place in 2008 dressed in military-style uniforms -- one was brandishing a nightstick -- and allegedly hurling racial slurs.

If that isn't a case of voter intimidation, I don't know what is.  You have a couple of toughs standing right in front of the polling entrance with one of them brandishing a nightstick. Yet the DoJ dropped the case.  Why?

The Bush Justice Department first brought the case against three members of the group, accusing them in a civil complaint of violating the Voting Rights Act. The Obama administration initially pursued the case and at one point won a default judgment, but the administration last year moved to dismiss the charges after getting one of the New Black Panther members to agree not to carry a "deadly weapon" near a polling place until 2012.

So, the DoJ had won the default argument (the reason being that the Black Panthers refused to show up to court - snubbing their noses at America's laws), but then dismissed the case because Obama was promised that they wouldn't carry a deadly weapon near a polling place until 2012. Is Obama saying that its ok for the Black Panthers to intimidate voters during the next presidential elections?

Coates dismissed as weak the department's rationale for abandoning the case, saying the department let one of the Black Panther members off the hook because a local police officer had determined he was a Democratic Party poll watcher. Coates called it "extraordinarily strange" for the department to rely on this and urged the commission to consider what the legal backlash would have been if the Panthers had been members of the Ku Klux Klan.

Indeed, let us ponder that for a moment.  Those who are involved in the Tea Party movement are routinely slandered as racist bigots for protesting Obama. Yet their protests are non-violent and even the counter protesters can't tall us what they are protesting.

However, a couple of black thugs who stand outside of a polling place intimidating voters are let off without even a slap on the hand.

In the mean time, Holder is attacking anti-abortion protesters who aren't even blocking the entrance to the clinic. The truth is that the Obama administration is the most corrupt in the history of these United States.  He has surrounded himself with goons whose main purpose is to attack the good, freedom loving citizens of this country, while allowing thugs from groups such as the Black Panthers and SEIU to intimidate and attack those who oppose his views.  Why?

Eric Holder Protects U.S. From Terrorists

Oops, maybe not. From the Palm Beach Post:

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is seeking an injunction preventing Mary Susan Pine from entering any driveway leading to the clinic and anyone associated with her from blocking women from entering the center where abortions are performed.

If he is successful, the 58-year-old West Palm Beach woman also could face a $10,000 fine.

Of course, protecting voters from the intimidation tactics of thugs such as the New Black Panthers or protecting the citizens of this country from the invasion by illegal immigrants is not as important, as far as Holder is concerned. In fact, he's refused to order an investigation of the Panthers and has filed lawsuits against the state of Arizona and Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

But fear not!  He will protect abortionists from people who protest next to the exit driveway of the facility!

But, Staver said, she doesn't remember ever physically blocking a car outside the clinic, as Holder is charging. Further, he said, she told him she doesn't stand where Holder alleges the confrontation took place. She prefers to stand by the exit driveway because the entrance also leads to a Wendy's and she doesn't want to waste her time talking to people stopping for burgers.

 And it looks like he's just getting started...

Holder also may not be done suing protesters who gather outside Presidential.

In the lawsuit, he describes Pine as "one of two protesters."

Staver said the wording makes him suspect another person may soon be sued.
