The Result of the Events of January 26th, 2016 is a Call to Action For All Americans

It has been a few days since the catastrophe in Burns, Oregon. After the horrific events of that fateful day, many of us had to take a step back and collect our thoughts. Quite soon afterwards, the FBI released video of the incident. Many people have studied it, and the results are shocking. The police force murdered LaVoy Finicum in cold blood. The ambush site was prepared well in advance, with snipers hiding among the trees.

It has taken me quite a while to digest all of this. At first, outrage was all that I could comprehend. Eventually it cooled down into a simmering rage. During my time of contemplation, questions began to arise. By what legal right did those forces have to execute Finicum? Does the government now consider itself above the law? What can we as citizens do in response to this outrage?

As you you may recall, President Obama penned an executive order authorizing the killing of the Islamic terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki who happened to be an American citizen via birth. Not many of us voiced our concerns in light of how evil and murderous this Muslim cleric was. However, those of us who did speak out pointed to a dangerous president. Glenn Greenwald, of the admittedly leftist website “WorldCantWait,” penned an excellent article addressing this concern. In his piece he wrote

Obama had continued Bush's policy (which Bush never actually implemented) of having the Joint Chiefs of Staff compile "hit lists" of Americans

Further on he adds

Instead, in Barack Obama's America, the way guilt is determined for American citizens -- and a death penalty imposed -- is that the President, like the King he thinks he is, secretly decrees someone's guilt as a Terrorist. He then dispatches his aides to run to America's newspapers -- cowardly hiding behind the shield of anonymity which they're granted -- to proclaim that the Guilty One shall be killed on sight because the Leader has decreed him to be a Terrorist.

Does this sound familiar at all?

Article II of the United States Constitution chronicles the powers of the office of the President. The first line states that “The executive Power shall be vested”. Executive power to do what? Thankfully, the Constitution goes on to enumerate exactly what the President shall have control over. No where does it list the creation of new agencies, new laws, the set up of hit lists, or any of the abuses that many Presidents of modern America have committed. Unfortunately, those on the left use the excuse of “he did it first” to rationalize continued injustice. This is a flawed argument, as anyone who has taken a philosophy course well knows. Even those who have not studied the subject are aware that such line of thinking resides upon shaky ground. Are you familiar with the “if he jumps off a bridge” question? I thought so.

Directly put, no President has any authority to create an executive order outside of the framework of the Constitution. President Obama is breaking the law.

This begs the question, does the government (both state and local) consider itself above the law? While the government itself is simply an entity made of up individuals, it is obvious that they do consider themselves as such. Federal agencies outside the scope of the Constitution such as the Environmental Protection Agency have been created and are used to control the daily activities of American citizens. More recent examples would be the crack down on gun ownership, the pushing through of treaties without consulting the Senate, as well as the creation of the department of Homeland Security. Indeed, one could write an entire encyclopedia on government abuses.

So what are we to do? Although it may not seem like it, the American citizen has incredible power. One must simply acknowledge it.

The first course of action is to use our power of the vote. Remove from office any official who will not follow the rule of law. This applies to all elected officials from local, through to state and federal levels.

The second course of action is a Constitutional Convention of States. It empowers the American citizen to modify our rules of law, and we can use it to specifically instruct our government leaders what their boundaries are.

The third course of action is civil disobedience. If the government attempts to enforce a law that is not sustained by the United States Constitution, ignore it.

Finally, there is one last option, and one that I am not advocating. This choice will wreak havoc upon our nation in every horrific way imaginable. It is civil war. For as our founding Fathers wrote in the Declaration of Independence to Great Britain,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. - emphasis mine

The abominable events which transpired in Burns, Oregon on January 26^th, 2016 underscores the reality of an out of control government. We as American citizens must not allow it to continue. It is imperative to our very freedoms and way of life that we take back control. We hold within our hands the fate of this nation. Now is the time for action. Now is the time to bring to heel a rampant beast devoted to its own glorification.

Anonymous Comes Forth in Support of the Bundy Patriots

Anonymous, the so called "Ghost in the Machine" as far as the internet is concerned, has come out with a video in support of LaVoy Finicum and the Bundy patriots. Although some of the issues they championed in the past have been questionable, every now and then they get something right.

The FBI, the Oregon State Police, and the Police Force of Burns, Oregon need to take responsibility and come forward with the names of all those involved in the heinous acts committed just a few days earlier.

As time goes on, it has become increasingly clear that Finicum was in the process of giving up when he was summarily executed. The so called "road block" was a cleverly set up point of execution which even had snipers hidden away in trees.

Are the members government above the law? You tell me.

What Could Have Been

Today, the Pacific Patriots Network (PPN) issued a call to action in regards to the murder of LaVoy Finicum and the Local and Federal authorities trampling of Constitutional rights. The stated purpose was to peacefully issue a list of demands, and to protest until those demands were met.

The response was overwhelming with many people volunteering to head up and join the movement. Citizens from as far away as Main were preparing to pack up and head out, leaving families and jobs behind to do so. The American public has become outraged at the domineering tactics by all branches of government, and are demanding the return of a Republic that rests solely upon the shoulders of the U.S. Constitution. As has become evident, the Silent Majority is silent no more.

However, later on the leadership of PPN issued another statement. It read in part:

Oregon, will have an ongoing PEACEFUL assembly which will need our support.
If you plan to go to Burns you must be vetted through one of the organizations involved, specifically the Pacific Patriots Network.

Immediately, participants took umbrage at the idea that they must be vetted in order to participate. In response to frustrations expressed to me, and what I also felt, I penned the following and posted it on PPN's wall.

My fellow patriots, 

I write to you tonight concerning some grave concern. It is not my intent to cause strife or division, nor is it my intent to hurt anyone's feelings. However, I strongly believe that an injustice is being done here before our very eyes. I do not believe that it is being done with the purpose of harming people. Indeed, I know its done from the best intentions. However, some of the best intentions have historically brought about some very tragic situations. 

The whole issue revolves around the leaderships' decision concerning anyone who wishes to attend this peaceful protest - a protest against the murder of LaVoy and the injustice committed by both local and federal authorities against our United States Constitutional rights. Today, a call to action was issued for fellow patriots to show up in Burns, and peacefully protest. Now that seems to have changed. 

Leadership is now stating that you cannot attend unless you some how have been vetted. I do understand the concerns. A loved one and close friend was murdered. Hence, the leaders do not want infiltration from the FBI or other government agency. Also, there is fear concerning those who may be attending just for the adrenaline rush. However, I believe that these fears are misplaced. 

As one of the organizers of the Tea Party in my local area during 2009 and 2010 (and as the main contact person for the group), my fellow sisters, brothers and I dealt with similar issues. However, we came to the correct conclusion that if our protests were peaceful, then we had absolutely nothing to fear about government infiltration. As well, those few rabble-rousers were easily dealt with. They were simply sent home, or if we deemed them a threat to someone, we turned them in to the authorities. The same mindset should apply here. 

Patriotic Americans nation wide are in an uproar over what has happened. We wish to unify as one to inform those who have abused the Constitution and who have committed or allowed murder to happen that we will no longer tolerate it. However, placing these "vetting" procedures limits your fellow Americans' right to the Freedom of Speech, and the Right to Assemble - both of which are Constitutional rights with the same validity as all the other rights the Patriots in Burns were fighting for. Should we squash some Constitutional rights to favor others, and still claim to be Patriotic Americans? I argue no. 

At the beginning of the Revolutionary War, the Continental Army accepted all who wished to join. All they had to do was sign their name. If they turned traitor afterwards, they were dealt with. However, this movement is not military. This is not an army of guns and swords only. And God forbid that an actual war break out. I do not think a single one of us desires that, and if so, I question why one would desire such a thing. 

One final thought - the decision to limit those who can attend this peaceful protest severely affects the legitimacy of this organization. It has been my understanding that PPN was meant to be a place for Patriot groups, not Patriotic militias only. 

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't think so. I deeply apologize if anyone was offended by my words, but I do not apologize for what I have said. It is protected under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution United States of America, and honestly, I feel that it needed to be aired.

I received a response from one of the leaders, Brooke Agresta. It stated:

Everyone has a right to their opinion. Vetting takes place to ensure no one is coming that isn't who they say they are for whatever reason. You all are right you can go anywhere you choose but don't expect to camp on property This network has secured for people or to attend our security briefings or other meetings unless vetted. We want to protect not only the organizations involved but also all individuals who want to come under the ppn rally. 

I guess my thought would be what do you have to hide by avoiding vetting? It's a simple look at public records so we don't a media incident of a felon carrying a sidearm or the like.

As a person who was active in the Tea Party Protests, and was the listed primary contact person for my area, I am quite familiar with setting up rallies. Of course PPN has the right to say who can camp with them, and who cannot, yet clearly they have no right to say who can come to Burns, OR and who can not. However, it is disheartening that they would prefer to associate themselves with only a select group of people who meet their criteria. Government records simply do not always reveal the truth of a situation, as they have brokenheartedly found out. 

It was my understanding, and that of many others, that PPN was an umbrella group for all Patriot organizations – militia or not – who are upset with how governments have been abusing the Constitution. Regrettably, it appears to be otherwise. Further communication has simply confirmed this unfortunate demeanor.

What PPN is rallying for and protesting against is a Just cause. Regrettably, some of their methods and attitudes seem exclusive and unwilling to adapt those who do not quite fit their mold. I wish them all the success possible, yet can only regret that what could have been a huge movement has been squashed by the inflexible grip of the movement's leadership.  

A Call to Action from Pacific Patriots Network

During the Revolutionary War, our soldiers were in desperate straits. At the end of 1777, things looked bleak for General Washington's army in Valley Forge. They were literally starving, and many of them were reduced to boiling their shoe leather for sustenance. Yet their resolve held out, and they ended up more determined and disciplined than the British army. After that winter, everything turned around. The patriot forces began to have astounding victories over one of the greatest militaries in the entire world. The result of their sacrifices and suffering was the birth of a new nation whose stated purpose was freedom.

We are in a similar situation. As this nation accelerates its decline into socialism and turns its back on God and the Constitution, Patriots like LaVoy are losing their lives, while the rest of us are losing our hard won freedoms.

Ronald Reagan once said that, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same."

Is there anything you're not willing to sacrifice for this? Can you go yourself and stand for our rights? Are you even willing to? Those who stand silently by are as guilty as those who are actively destroying our freedoms as a whole.

In the words of one other great Patriot, Todd Beamer, "Let's roll!"

In light of the events that have taken place in Harney County, Oregon over the last two days, the official Pacific Patriots Network statement is as follows:
PPN condemns the violent action taken by the Harney County Sheriff's Department along with the FBI in the shooting death of Mr. Lavoy Finicum.
PPN condemns the violent action taken by the Harney County Sheriff's Department along with the FBI in the execution of arrests associated with the people at the Malhuer National Wildlife Refuge occupation.
PPN condemns the DISHONEST tactics used to arrest Jason Patrick on January 28th. Mr. Patrick's safety, well being and emotional state were compromised when the FBI lied not only to Mr. Patrick but to PPN representatives trying to assist with the PEACEFUL removal of people at the MNWR. The FBI stated to Mr. Patrick and the PPN that he was “free to go.” Mr. Patrick walked 7 miles in sub freezing temperatures only to be arrested at the checkpoint north of the Narrows.
PPN condemns the false statements given to the public by the FBI, Harney County Sheriff's Department and the Harney County officials.
IN RESPONSE TO THESE EVENTS, PACIFIC PATRIOTS NETWORK
IS ISSUING A
CALL TO ACTION
Calling on any and all Americans to come to Burns, Oregon to come to the aid of the American people standing against these violent, malicious and deceitful tactics. Come stand together with other Americans, and express our Constitutional right to PEACEFULLY assemble and air our grievances.
This operation will demand the following:
- Immediate detention by Oregon State Police of the FBI special agent in charge along with all agents and LEO involved in the shooting death of Lavoy Finicum. A first hand eyewitness account presents reasonable cause for arrest while the investigation takes place.
- Immediate removal of all militarized FBI personnel and equipment from Harney County. All State and County Law Enforcement officers are not included and requested to stay and assist in the process to keep the peace.
- Immediate resignation of Judge Steve Grasty, Sheriff David Ward, County commissioner Pete Runnels, and County commissioner Dan Nichols.
In order to successfully accomplish our mission, we will need any and all Americans to PEACEFULLY
assemble within Burns, Oregon immediately. The success of this mission depends fully on the number of people that will come to PEACEFULLY stand and demand the items above be initiated.
A letter of intent will be legally served on the FBI special agent in charge at the time of Lavoy Finicum's death, Judge Steven Grasty, Sheriff David Ward, Dan Nichols and Pete Runnels by January 29th, 2016. We will request to escort the FBI presence out of the State of Oregon and once complete, the attention will return to the resignation of the County elected officials.
PPN is dedicated to a PEACEFUL operation. If you have any ill intent, please do not come. We do not need you. Please come prepared with civilian attire and adhere to the policy of no long guns within the community.

Here from the FBI's own files, is the cold blooded murder of Lavo Finicumy. Afterwards, flares are visible. Sound has been removed, but I have no doubt they are shooting up the vehicle. Notice that no one in the truck returned fire. 

I have no words right now. I heard about it. I listened to the testimonies. I knew it happened, but to see it on video... I no longer respect the FBI, or any federal government agency. This needs to stop. Now.

Are we turning into Nazi Germany, Red China or Soviet Russia? Are we going to stand idly by and let this happen? What say you?

Eyewitness Account of LaVoy Finicum's Murder by Federal Agents

This is an eyewitness account of the murder of LaVoy Finicum, and the attempted murder of everyone else. This is your government out of control. These are the people who wish to take away your firearms. 

Mr. Finicum's hands were in the air when he was shot. They shot him, and when he fell to the ground, they fired into him again. The federal agents were also shooting the car - a vehicle that had women and children in it. Not one shot was fired by LaVoy or his companions. Their hands were out of the windows to show that they were not a threat.

Update on Bundy Shooting

1:05 AM A convoy of armored vehicles from a nearby airport are headed towards the freedom fighters. They are aware and are ready. I fear that there will be a bloodbath within the next 48 hours.

11:20 PM - Just received an update from inside. They are still strong, and are not giving up the fight.

10-:45 PM - All has gone dark. There are no more inside reports of the current situation. the last we heard was that a social media reporter, Pete Santilli, was arrested by the FBI. According to unconfirmed reports, the women and children have been evacuated, but the men remain. It appears the FBI intends to end this tonight, no matter the cost. The dawn will tell.

9:03 - The victim of the government's aggression was LaVoy Finicum

8:49 PM - The FBI has reported that one person has been killed in the shootout.

Authorities say shots were fired during the arrest of members of an armed group that has occupied a national wildlife refuge in Oregon for more than three weeks. 

In a statement Tuesday, the FBI said one individual "who was a subject of a federal probable cause arrest is deceased." No other information about the deceased was immediately released.

8:10 PM -

At approximately 4:25 p.m. (PST) on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Oregon State Police (OSP) began an enforcement action to bring into custody a number of individuals associated with the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. During that arrest, there were shots fired. 

One individual who was a subject of a federal probable cause arrest is deceased. We will not be releasing any information about that person pending identification by the medical examiner's office. 

One individual suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. He was arrested and is currently in custody.
The arrested individuals include: 

* Ammon Edward Bundy, age 40, of Emmett, Idaho
* Ryan C. Bundy, age 43, of Bunkerville, Nevada
* Brian Cavalier, age 44, of Bunkerville, Nevada
* Shawna Cox, age 59, Kanab, Utah
* Ryan Waylen Payne, age 32, of Anaconda, Montana 

These probable cause arrests occurred along Highway 395.
In a separate event in Burns, Oregon, at approximately 5:50 pm, Oregon State Police arrested the following individual: 

* Joseph Donald O'Shaughnessy, age 45, Cottonwood, Arizona 

All of the named defendants face a federal felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation, or threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 372.
We continue to work with Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward and his deputies; Oregon State Police; and the United States Attorney's Office to address any further outstanding issues. As the investigation is ongoing, we cannot comment further at this time.
All defendants should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

7:57 PM - UPDATE: There are varying reports that Bundy has been arrested with others. The reports have also indicated that a person or persons have been shot. As of yet, this have not been confirmed from the inside yet.

Sources close to the situation have confirmed to me that:

that everyone is fine. The shooting had nothing to do with the group. Ammon might have been arrested, but as of yet, is unclear.

Reported Shooting in Harney County involving Ammon Bundy - Lockdown!

OPB has just posted that there has been a reported shooting involving Ammon Bundy in the Eastern Oregon standoff

UPDATE(6:03 pm): A member of the occupation said he could not confirm rumors that Ammon Bundy had been involved in a confrontation. 

"Ammon had a meeting on John Day. somewhere along 395 there was a shooting. Nobody has confirmed Ammon was involved. No one has reported back from his detail or anybody that was with him that there was an troubly," said Anthony Bosworth a Yakima Washington resident who's been a the occupied Malheur Refuge and said he was near by. 

Ammon Bundy was not in john Day for a scheduled meeting between community members and the militants. 

Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward said he plans to issue a press release shortly.

I wonder why Sheriff Dave Ward is holding a press release. If there was a confrontation, this could be very bad. Is this another WACO in the making, or perhaps a targeted shooting of Bundy? We shall soon find out!

Donald Trump Will Not Attend Thursday's Debate - Update

Yesterday, Presidential candidate Donald Trump posted a video where he asked his supporters if he should attend the next Republican debate on Thursday, which will be hosted by Fox News' Megyn Kelly.

Today his campaign informed the public that he will not be attending. Instead, he will be hosting a fund raiser for wounded warriors and other veteran groups. I applaud his decision. Fox has been particularly nasty with him, and the first debate moderated by Kelly was an all out attack on Trump. As he is leading in the polls and has a huge chunk of Republican supporters, there is no need for him to submit to yet another grossly held “debate.”

It was not just the fact that Megyn Kelly is the moderator that Trump has decided not to attend, but also because of a snide posting by the Fox network which stated:

We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president. A nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.

Fox has officially linked it hands with the Republican establishment in not only attacking Trump, but his supporters as well. (Click here for previous post concerning Republican attacks on their base)

As well, he could be taking the time off to do further campaign stops. Instead, he is doing a fund raiser for our military veterans. While the Obama administration is ignoring our wounded warriors, Trump is already doing what he can to take care of them. With his popularity, the event should be quite a success. In addition, expect to see the ratings for Thursday's event to tank, thanks to the fact that the majority of his supporters will not be watching.

Donald Trump is not the ultimate Conservative candidate in the race, but he is one who states that he will hold to core Constitutional values. Like Reagan before him, Trump did support some liberal values, but has now switched his tone. He is fed up with corruption in Congress, and how the elites are stomping over regular Americans' rights. Having accepted no donations for his campaign, he is completely self funded. Thus, he owes allegiance only to the voters – not special interest groups or SuperPACs.

Therefore, I have decided to accord Donald Trump my full support. I firmly believe that he is the one person that can bring America back on to her steady course. Under his leadership, America will be made great once again.

(New York, NY) January 26th, 2016 - As someone who wrote one of the best-selling business books of all time, The Art of the Deal, who has built an incredible company, including some of the most valuable and iconic assets in the world, and as someone who has a personal net worth of many billions of dollars, Mr. Trump knows a bad deal when he sees one. FOX News is making tens of millions of dollars on debates, and setting ratings records (the highest in history), where as in previous years they were low-rated afterthoughts.

Unlike the very stupid, highly incompetent people running our country into the ground, Mr. Trump knows when to walk away. Roger Ailes and FOX News think they can toy with him, but Mr. Trump doesn’t play games. There have already been six debates, and according to all online debate polls including Drudge, Slate, Time Magazine, and many others, Mr. Trump has won all of them, in particular the last one. Whereas he has always been a job creator and not a debater, he nevertheless truly enjoys the debating process - and it has been very good for him, both in polls and popularity.

He will not be participating in the FOX News debate and will instead host an event in Iowa to raise money for the Veterans and Wounded Warriors, who have been treated so horribly by our all talk, no action politicians. Like running for office as an extremely successful person, this takes guts and it is the kind mentality our country needs in order to Make America Great Again

Update on Active Shooter at San Diego Naval Base

From the sketchy news reports, it seems like there was only one person, and that said person only fired three shots. Navy spokesperson released this statement:

“We’re not taking any chances and are executing procedures we’ve been trained for in this kind of situation,” Alvarez said. “However, I cannot confirm an active shooter.”

The fact that the entire base was on lock down after a single witness reported hearing three shots just brings home the fact that America is on edge. We know what the real threat is, because its happened before. Unfortunately, the Obama Admin still refuses to allow our military men and women to be armed on military bases.

Secret videographers David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were both indicted on charges of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony that carries a punishment of up to 20 years in prison. Daleiden received an additional misdemeanor indictment under the law prohibiting the purchase and sale of human organs.

That's right folks. The brave people who reported on the repulsive acts of Planned Parenthood have been indited and could face up to 20 years in prison. Yet our Republican led congress, with Paul Ryan at the helm, continues to provide funding to Planned Parenthood and other abortions clinics who specialize in the murder if our unborn children and the sale of their body parts.

Something to think about...

In this crazy, helter-skelter world we live in, its easy to get distracted from what's really important. Who knows, maybe I'm just talking about myself, but I have a huge suspicion that I'm not.

Reality Hits A German Refugee Worker

This is the reality of the Muslim invasion. Liberals in Germany are having their eyes opened. Will it take the same for Liberals here? I pray to God no, and hope we nip this in the bud before it gets out of control.

“Since autumn of 2015 I have been working as a full-time and permanent employee in a Hamburger initial reception center for refugees. I had applied explicitly for this job, that was exactly what I wanted to do. When I finally had the commitment it in my mailbox, I Was madly happy about it. Finally I was able to not only help in theory, but to really do something for the refugees. 

Accordingly, I went in high spirits my first day to the initial reception; I was naturally excited, clear, one is always on the first working day of a the new job, but otherwise I was happy to be there. The colleagues were committed and very nice, but with the refugees I had still no direct contact. I greeted the area enthusiastically and found all was great. 

“It is certainly super here”, I thought to myself. In the next few days, I then threw myself totally motivated into my work with up to 1,500 refugees who were housed there. I was responsible for their counseling services as the contact for all social problems of refugees, supporting them in their asylum procedure or securing medical appointments when they needed that. 

Then the first refugees came to my office, where I wanted to stop the counseling services – After the first few visits I noted that my very positive and idealistic notion of them and their behavior was clearly different from reality. Of course you should not make generalizations about all refugees under any circumstances, there are many of them who are very friendly, grateful, very willingly integrated, very happy here. But if I’m honest, then the collaboration with 90 percent of those whom I meet is rather unpleasant and unfortunately not as I had thought before. 

First, many of them are extremely demanding. They come to me and demand that I immediately give them an apartment and a fancy car and most also want me to procure them a really good job, and I am supposed to say yes. I’m sitting there and they are indeed in immediate need. And, if I reject them and instead try to explain to them that these demands are not immediately possible to fulfill,  then they are often noisy and sometimes very aggressive. An Afghan has only recently threatened that he would kill himself. And a few Syrians and a group of Afghans have declared that they will go on hunger strike until I help them to move to another place.

The Republican Establishment Eviscerates its Own Base

Rick Wilson, a ranking member of the Republican establishment, has come out with guns drawn against Trump supporters. In addition to calling them “the screamers and crazy people” on the Right, he also said that there are lots who have

Hitler iconography in their Twitter icons, but the fact of the matter is most of them are childless single men who masturbate to anime. 

This is the short and sweet of how the GOP view their own members who support Trump. It isn't anything thing new. Yet Rick is correct in one part, they are most certainly “screamers,” Indeed, I'd say that most Conservatives, Republicans or not, are screamers. In fact, we are angry. We are seeing red.

Over and over again the Republican establishment has lied to its base. In 2014, they promised to fight Obama, repeal Obamacare, halt his outrageous spending, and bring the Republic back under control. The truth of the matter is that as soon as they were reelected, they went back to business as usual. As a result, a grass roots movement fueled by outrage rose up and Boehner was ousted from the House. What happened? Paul Ryan (R-WI) was elected to the now vacant position of Speaker of the House, promising everything Republicans promised before, only this time, he said he would only take the chair if he was not opposed. His first action was to pass a huge omnibus bill which continues to fund such things as Planned Parenthood, Obamacare, and the support of illegal immigrants. In fact, the bill was passed so fast that no one had time to read it in full before the scheduled vote. There are still things in that bill that we are discovering. In addition, Congress has allowed Obama to give billions to Iran instead of doing their duty by controlling the purse strings.

Ryan was a Tea Party favorite. In fact, he would not have been elected without their support. Yet once again, the GOP base has been shown that they were duped all along.

Yes, we Conservatives are mad. Raving mad.

So what does the GOP do? Attack its own base. Ever since I was able to vote, I voted Republican. I even went to the polls to vote for the RINO Romney. I held my nose as I did it, but I'd rather have him in office over another four years of Obama. Understandably though, many of the Republican base did not show up to vote, as they were sick and tired of the GOP placing skunks up for election. I don't blame them.

I stand with my fellow Conservatives by saying I've had enough. I'll never vote for an establishment politician again. In addition, I will no longer consider myself a Republican until some major house cleaning is done. For the truth of the matter is, there is no difference between Democrat and Republican “elites.”

As for the Hitler remark, I can only conclude that it is in reference to Trump and his supporters' opposition to Muslim and illegals immigrants. Apparently, the GOP needs to be educated.

Islam is not a race. It has never been a race. Islam has followers from all over the world. In fact, Arabs make up only a small portion of the so called “Religion of Peace.” Islam is a political ideology under the guise of a faith. Opposing Muslim immigration until Islamic terrorism is squashed is the wise thing to do. Anything else is simply inviting disaster into our country.

Illegal immigrants are simply that – illegal. Too many times have I heard politicians from both sides of the isle (well, there is only one side now) stating that those who follow the law should be allowed to remain. If they were following the law, they wouldn't be here in the first place! The illegals do not come to America to assimilate. How many times have you been to the grocery store and heard Spanish being spoken everywhere – especially on the first of every month? They do not want to assimilate their culture with America's. They are here simply for the money they have no hopes of getting in their home nation – where ever that may be. As well, since they are illegal, we have no way of knowing their intentions. There is no doubt in a rational person's mind that there are those among them who are here for the dastardly purposes of killing America's citizens and spreading terror. Since our borders are as porous as a sieve, it is impossible to know who is who, and what their intentions are. Securing our borders and deporting everyone who is in this country illegally is the correct thing to do. If they want to  become American citizens, there are ways to do it. Millions have done it before.

Yet it is greed, more than a lack of common sense, that fuels the 'elite's” attack on those of us who want our nation back. Illegal immigrants provide extremely cheap labor. Muslims represent the gulf states who provide most of the world's oil. America has large reserves of oil, and not only in shale. We should be processing our own instead of funding states that support terrorism. But no, our elites prefer to hob knob with the trash of the world.

Americans are angry. The Silent Majority is silent no more, and the so called “elite” don't know how to handle it other than to group us together as “crazies,” and “violent racists.” Little do they know what the future has in store for them, as the political revolution will not end with Trump. This is only the beginning.

Facebook's War For Islam and Against Conservatives

A February 18, 2016 report from Reuters has revealed that Facebook is now actively closing all accounts in Europe that criticize the influx of Muslim “immigrants.” From the report:

Facebook Inc (FB.O) began a Europe-wide campaign on Monday to thwart extremist posts on social media, after German politicians raised concerns about a rise in xenophobic comments linked to an influx of refugees.

The U.S.-based group launched its "Initiative for Civil Courage Online" in Berlin, pledging over 1 million euros (1 million pounds) to support non-governmental organizations in their efforts to counter racist and xenophobic posts.

Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg said hate speech "has no place in our society", including in the Internet.

Facebook's ground rules forbid bullying, harassment and threatening language, but critics say it does not enforce them properly.

On Friday, the firm said it had hired a unit of the publisher Bertelsmann to monitor and delete racists posts on its platform in German.

In November, prosecutes in Hamburg launched an investigation into Facebook on suspicion of not doing enough to prevent the dissemination of hate speech.

Top German politicians and celebrities have voiced concern about the rise of anti-foreigner comments on Facebook and other social media as the country struggles to cope with a tide of new migrants that amounted to 1.1 million last year alone.

Chancellor Angela Merkel has urged Facebook to do more, and the Justice ministry set up a tast force with Facebook and other social networks and Internet service providers with the aim of identifying criminal posts more quickly and taking them down.

However, this report is incomplete as Facebook has been doing this with American accounts as well. A user by the name of Jon Deaux has had his access to his personal Facebook account shut down due to his many posts concerning Islam and racism in America. Having had numerous temporary bans, the final straw for Facebook seems to have been a picture post concerning a black woman's tweet about spitting in white people's food at the fast food restaurant she worked at. The site administrators seem to believe that someone pointing out a hateful and disgusting act made by a black person or some other minority is “hate” itself. How dare anyone show a minority in a bad light, even if it's the truth?!

I myself have faced temporary bans for daring to speak out against Islam. A recent news article concerning a Muslim in Great Britain who got away scott free from rape charges hit the scene. I commented on how its now a fact, that “Muslims are raping Britain and getting away with it.” For Facebook administrators, that was considered hate speech and warranted a temporary ban.

Facebook's Community Standards states:

Facebook removes hate speech, which includes content that directly attacks people based on their:

Race,
Ethnicity,
National origin,
Religious affiliation,
Sexual orientation,
Sex, gender, or gender identity, or
Serious disabilities or diseases.

However, they do not enforce all equally. Indeed, there was a recent test performed by the NGO Shurat Hadin - Israel Law Center where they set up two pages – “Stop Israel” and “Stop Palestinians.” On each page was posted a nearly identical hate comment. Then both pages were reported to Facebook. The results?

The page inciting against Palestinians was closed by Facebook (on the same day that it was reported) for “containing credible threat of violence” which “violated our [Facebook’s] community standards,” said Shurat Hadin. The page inciting against Israelis, however, was not shut down, despite its identical hateful content. Shurat Hadin said that Facebook claimed that this page was “not in violation of Facebook’s rules.”

It is not an exaggeration to state that Facebook administrators selectively decide which is “hate” and what isn't based only upon their warped world views. Facebook users have experienced hate against them for their politically and socially Conservative beliefs in addition pro life views among many others. Yet Facebook refuses to do anything about that. 

It has become clear that Facebook is run by people whose ideology resides on the Far Left. They are now actively enforcing a pro-Muslim sentiment, and anyone who speaks out against Muslims or Islam will quickly be disciplined. Facebook users should be warned that they could risk temporary or permanent bans for standing up for their beliefs. In addition, anything they post from comments to status updates are dully recorded by Facebook. Even if they delete content from public view or their page, they remain in Facebook's database.

Facebook's actions reek of a  Far Leftist ideology which seeks to limit any speech that is in opposition to their beliefs. This is why the Democrats are trying to neuter Bloggers and news aggregators such as The Drudge Report. This is why they are attempting to force Conservative radio broadcasters to include “equal opposing views.” It all goes back to the guidelines laid out by Saul Alinsky.

We are in the fight of our lives, and the Far Left is doing everything it can to squelch “rebellion.”

A retraction - sort of

Recently, I posted a commentary concerning a group of men who raped a woman after chasing away her father with a gun. However, new evidence is coming to light. Apparently, the 18 year old woman was drunk, and her pants were already off. They claim that she was having sex with her father. According to them, they asked her if they could "have some," and she agreed. Normally, I would take this as a bunch of lies from thugs who are attempting to protect themselves from the consequences of their actions. However, there is video evidence that backs up at least some of their claims. Do I believe everything they have said? No. But I don't think it's beyond the possibility of it being true.

That being what it may, my comments regarding the awful gun laws in New York, and how it prevents people from defending themselves still stand. When this news broke, to me it epitomized the problem Americans face in a once free society when the government insists you must remain unarmed, and to defend upon only them for your security. The conviction stands, even if the story has changed.

Media Concerning Islam #3 - Europe's Betrayal of Women by Pat Condell

America, what is happening in Europe is going to happen here. We've already seen signs of things to come. Random attacks are happening by Muslims whom the government and media refuse to acknowledge until the evidence is so overwhelming that they must. Entire cities are run by Muslims. Ammo dumps are being located and large purchases of pre-paid cell phones are beginning to be common place. Yet this is only the beginning.

Like Europe, America will soon be flooded with so called Muslim "immigrants." Our women will be assaulted. Men who try to defend them will be murdered, and the blame will be placed upon said male. Those of us who do not adhere to Sharia Law will be treated as second class citizens and subjected to humiliating rules. The evidence is out there in overwhelming abundance. All one must do is be willing to accept the truth for what it is.

The Neutering of a Father

On Thursday the 7th, 2016 in Brooklyn, NY, a group of young men – thugs really – gang raped an 18 year old woman. As heinous as this crime is, the story itself is much darker. It has been reported that

one of the teens threatened the father with a gun, ordering him to leave. When the father left to get help, that’s when investigators said the teens took turns raping his daughter.

This is the result of gun control. This is what happens when the government takes away your second amendment right. According to the Far Left Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, New York has some of the strictest gun control measures in the nation. The state maintains a database similar to the national one Barak Obama has recently proposed. In addition, it can take up to six months to get a license to even purchase a gun. Storage laws require that firearms are locked away when not in use, and laws require that all firearm sales to be processed through a licensed dealer. One cannot even purchase ammunition without passing a background check! These are but a few examples of the draconian laws which the state of New York has in place, but they did not save this young lady from a lifetime of torture as she will carry this experience with her to her grave.

These thugs, all of whom are under the age of 18, did not obtain a gun purchasing license. They did not purchase the firearm through legal outlets. They did not obey any laws to obtain it. Yet as all criminals do, they came to have possession of a deadly weapon. The father,  in obeying the hellish state laws, did not have a firearm. When he and his daughter were cornered, one of the thugs pointed a gun at his head and told him to leave. Although many of us would debate his decision to do so, it cannot be argued that he was unarmed and not in a position of strength. As he left to get help, his daughter was gang raped by the four teens. When the father finally returned with the police, the men were long gone. As the saying goes, the Police are only minutes away...

In addition to the trauma that this young woman must endure for the rest of her life, her father must live with the shame of not being able to protect her. A father should be trusted as the ultimate guardian, especially when it comes to his daughter. I cannot fathom the horror he must feel at not being able to do the one thing all men are hard wired to do – protect their loved ones.

If this man had been carrying, I guarantee you that he would have at least fought back. Yet these thugs knew he was unarmed. They knew that they had the upper hand. They knew that the father was impotent to protect the apple of his eye.

Guns do not kill people. Guns do not commit crimes. Evil people do. Unfortunately in some situations, the only way to stop those who wish to do you or your loved ones harm is through deadly force. The rabid Left is as much to blame for this young woman's rape as the rapists themselves, for they took away the victims' ability to defend themselves.

At the same time, these rabid Leftists want the United States to import thousands of so called “refugees” from Islamic lands. There are already numerous reports from all over Europe where these wolfs in sheep clothing are causing untold harm to the native citizens. Rapes, thefts, violence, and all other sorts of crime are being committed by these Muslim “refugees.”

Saudi Arabia and other gulf states will not accept the “refugees.” Why not? Because they know that Islamic cells have planted terrorists among them, and that no background check of any kind will reveal who has intentions to cause harm, and who is simply fleeing war. It is also interesting to note that the refugees are not coming solely from Syria, but from all over the Middle-East. They do not come with the intent to assimilate to their new hosts' culture, but to live off the fat of the socialist nations' welfare.

In America, the Left want us disarmed while we are being invaded. The Left wants us neutered to the point where we can no longer protect ourselves or our loved ones. The Left salivates at the thought of the destruction of Western civilization and the dissolution of our beloved nation. It is beyond time that we stand up and shout, “No!” We must disobey – peacefully, all orders by the elites that are contrary to our Constitutional rights. The truth is, those who have the power in this nation surround themselves and their families with armed body guards, and barricade their mansions with brick walls topped with razor wire. They are protected. Their loved ones are protected. Yet they could care less about us. Those who are in power only have the power that we give them. Its time to take that power back. Its time for us to protect ourselves and our families. Its past time to say, “Enough!”

Media Concerning Islam #1

This is the first in a series of videos I'll be researching and posting in regards to Islam. Robert Spencer, Director of Jihad Watch, is a prolific student and author on Islam and until Obama fired him, was an instructor at the FBI for his specialty.  I decided to start off the series with a speech he gave in 2015 concerning the Islamic State.

The Constitutional Right to Bear Arms Shall Not Be Infringed

On Monday, President Barak Obama gave a speech where he stated his intent to restrict access to guns for thousands of Americans. During his talk, he outright lied to present his case. In addition, none of his executive actions would have prevented just one the recent rash of violent attacks this nation has suffered. However, Obama is following his former cabinet member Rham Emanuel's advice to “never let a serious crisis go to waste.” The question that comes to mind is, why? I believe Adolph Hitler gave light to Obama's reasoning when he said, “to conquer a nation, first disarm its citizens.” Our Founding Fathers knew this, which is why the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution reads: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Lets take a closer examination of the passage.

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state”

Merriam-Webster defines a militia as “a group of people who are not part of the armed forces of a country but are trained like soldiers.” Simply put, the idea of a militia was to provide additional forces for the defense of the nation if needed. The concept is that America's populace would be well armed and well trained. If an invader came seeking dominance and destruction, the back bone of the nation would be able to defend her. Our Founders recognized that peace is not always bought at the treaty table. They knew that in some instances, only the bloodshed and sacrifices of brave men would be required to keep the nation free. Just as the police are minutes away, when faced with an armed invader, seconds matter. To wait for help from elsewhere is folly.

“The right of the people to keep and bear Arms”

Everyone is included in the above statement. The Founders did not want the government to decide who should have weapons, and who should be able to carry them and how. Everyone was included – men and women. No where does this statement limit people to just militias. Indeed, for there to be effective militias, everyone needs to have weapons. An unarmed militia is useless. But weapons were intended for more than just military service. They are tools to provide meat for one's family, and the ultimate line for its defense. There was another reason that the Founders wanted all Americans to be armed, and that was for their own freedom.

The Declaration of Independence states in its opening paragraphs the following:

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

An unarmed citizenry cannot throw off the bonds of oppression. The Left knows this. The Socialists in power understand and fear those it's attempting to dominate. They witness our anger seething below the surface. Instead of amending their ways and adhering to the laws as defined in the Constitution and instead of following the wishes of those who voted them into office, those in power desire to strip away the populace's ability to defend themselves, resulting in a neutered nation that can be easily controlled.

That is why the ratifiers of the United States Constitution insisted that these rights “shall not be infringed.” Period. According to the Constitution, there should never have been any background checks in the first place. There should have never been any gun registration laws, nor laws stating how those arms could be carried, or when. The Constitution is very clear – those rights shall not be infringed. Unfortunately, they have been, and the Left is coming down hard on them. Indeed, they eagerly wait for the day when no citizen is armed. When that time comes, the America of the past will never again exist. For the Left hates America, and wants to destroy all that she stands for.

President Barak Obama has no Constitutional right to determine who can bear arms, and when. Congress does not have that right. The military does not have that right. It was given to us at the founding of this nation, and the Constitution of the United States of America is very clear – that right shall not be infringed.

Troubled Patriot Update - January 2016

I have taken these past few years off from political commentary. Truth be told, when Barak Obama was reelected President, I felt that all was lost. How could a nation that suffered tyranny for the past four years put the same man back into the highest office of the nation? I felt that no matter what I or anyone else said, the die was cast and writing about the injustices this nation is suffering would be like spitting into the wind. It would just be cast back into my face.

However, I've spent these past years seething inside with anger. I've watched as our rights were progressively trodden upon, and shook my head in amazement as evil was proclaimed to be “good,” and good was cast as “evil.” I said my peace on articles and comments, I've been banned by Facebook and other sites for speaking the truth, but that never stopped me. Yet now, I've come to determine that no matter what may happen, I simply cannot stand by idly as this nation is destroyed by the very ones who are supposed to protect her. I love America. I love her people. I love what America has always stood for, and I will not be quiet. So readers, I'm back, and here I'll remain until death claims me, or some Leftist jails me.
