They listen to the dictator in the White House make all sorts of excuses for Islam and bow down to their leaders while at the same time removing freedom from his own citizens! Their sides must be hurting from laughter when they think on how the Dept. of Homeland Security (talk about an oxymoron!) labels conservatives as terrorists while refusing to profile the most common offenders!
Are we in a war or are we just playing games? What is happening over in the Middle East is exactly what happened in Vietnam! We have government bureaucrats telling our military leaders what they can and cannot attack! They've put our men and women in danger by their idiotic rules of engagement, and have at the same time encouraged our enemy! Isn't aiding and abetting an enemy also known as treason?
War is horrible. War is nasty. But war must be fought in a manner which reminds our enemies that we will strike back to protect our freedoms! If a few citizens get in the way, sorry, but they're at fault for allowing their countrymen to continue their barbarism! In WW2, we bombed the blazes out of Germany. Then we nuked Japan, not once, but twice! 65 years later, those two nations are our allies. That's right, allies. We showed them that we would not hesitate to use what ever force was necessary to win. We need to do the same in the Middle East.
But no. What we have in power now are a bunch of pansies that continue to remove the rights of their citizens while doing their best to protect the enemy camp. They say that a few deranged people have hijacked a "peaceful" religion. I would have loved to hear them say that about Nazism in 1939! "Hitler is just hijacking a peaceful political ideology." Bull! It's Impossible To Argue With...
The "esteemed" Sen. Max Baucus took to the senate floor to lambaste Republicans for not being bi-partisan. He claimed that the only reason they opposed H.R. 3590 (The so called health care reform bill) was so that they could score political points for the 2010 elections. Although I'm not a fan of the Republicans, that clearly is not the issue.

- In both the House and Senate, late night votes were held to catch the public unaware.
- Reid bribed numerous Democrat Senators to get their votes.
- The Republicans did indeed offer alternatives, but since they were not to the liking of the Democrats, those alternatives were rejected.
- The Republicans were following the majority of Americans (54-80% depending on what poll) who did not want this health care bill.
- The Democrats have acknowledge this, but state that once the bill is in place, Americans will change their minds - no matter that taxation starts immediately but no "benefits" will be seen for four years.

Another Devout Muslim
Yesterday, one of the holiest days in Christianity, yet another Muslim attempted to murder innocents. Thankfully, due to a malfunction with the detonator, the explosive failed to ignight correctly, saving many lives. A brave passenger, when seeing the smoke and hearing the firecracker sounds, then subdued this criminal. (Personally, if it were me, I would have done more then simply subdued him - I would have killed him.)
Now there is "shocking news" that this Muslim showed "no signs" of being a radical. He was simply "a devout Muslim." Instead, he was a member of a very wealthy family, and always "quiet." People are saying that he is a rarity, and one of the few "wealthy" Muslims to embrace al-Qa'ida. Um, hello? Does anyone remember Osama and the Bin Ladens? Wealthy Family? The only reason very "few" financially well to do Muslims embrace "jihad" is that there are very few who are wealthy. And those who are, very rarely share their wealth with others (unless those "others" are terrorist organizations).
Regardless, the whole point is that those who commit these terrorist acts are devout Muslims! Anyone who wants to get serious about Islam will soon realize that it isn't a supposed "religion of peace," but a political and cultural system designed completely around world domination. How long are we going to allow PC to continue to spread lies about this atrocity of a "religion?" Republicans Wooing Democrats
This past Wednesday, I wrote about the Republican party and asked if we really wanted to vote them back into power. I mentioned their acceptance of big government, their unwillingness to stand up to the liberal Democrats, and the fact that they are using the Tea Party movement in America to suit their political agenda.
Today, Drudge posted an article from Politico which states:
The Democrat in question is Chris Carney. He's a second term House Democrat from Pennsylvania's 10th District. Carney, who voted in favor of Pelosi's H.R. 3962, has a track record of voting 92% of the time along Democrat party lines. He has only abstained his vote 6% of the time.
One of his sponsored bills is H.R. 3955 which has as it's written purpose:
Basically, he's proposing that we give more public tax dollars to 10 states so that they can see how fat kids are - using the BMI procedure which has been proven to be unscientific. That's a nice way to spend what will probably be millions of dollars. The bill has been introduced, but not yet voted on.
He co-sponsored H.R. 3977 which is a bill that seeks to impose on private companies a limit on how much they can charge customers based on their credit scores.
He co-sponsored H.Res.863 which calls on the U.S. to recognize the "scourge of pneumonia"... what scourge?
He co-sponsored H.Res.864 which congratulates Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
I can go on and on about this man. Suffice it to say, the links provided will give you a deluge of information in regards to his political stance, bills he's introduced or co-sponsored, as well as his voting track record. One thing is certain, Chris Carney is an obvious socialist. Yet the Republican party wants him and others if his ilk among their ranks.
As I asked Wednesday, I'll ask again: Do we really want to vote into power a political party which obviously does not hold to the same principles of mainstream conservative America? We as Americans who are tired of big government and it's leap towards absolute socialism must firmly say "no" to those who are currently in power. We must no longer vote for the "lesser of two evils." If the Republican party continues along this course of courting socialists for their ranks as well as it's acceptance of big government, we must halt all financial and political support.
The time to say "no" is long past; the time to act is now. America, 2010 is your last chance to stand up and proclaim "no more" to those in power! It's our last chance to save the Union from the evils of those who wish to force us into a one world government which proposes free handouts to one and all.
I vote no on the Republican party as it currently stands.

As predicted, the Senate voted to pass H.R. 3590 (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act). The next step is for the Senate and the House to work on finalizing the differences between their respective bills. However, unlike what normally happens in this case, there will be no conference committee. Anticipating the Senate's passage, Pelosi and Reid are having secret discussions for ultimate finalization. A Revolution is Coming.... so says WND's Craig Smith
Only, to him, a revolution is done by voting at the ballet box. If that's the case, then there's a revolution happening every eight years or so. It happened in Bush's term when the public voted in the Democrats, and after so many years of their filth, the public will probably now vote in a bunch of Republicans. But realistically, this isn't a revolution in any shape or form.
That begs the question, what is a revolution? Simply put, it's citizens saying "no" in the most forceful manner possible. Our country was founded on that "no" when the colonies stood up to the crown, said "down with taxation without representation," and then backed it up with an armed conflict. That conflict forceably threw off the chains of bondage and a new nation was born.
To be blunt, I'm getting pretty fed up with columnists, politicians, and news medias leaping onto the "bandwagon" only to hijack it for their own purposes. Don't get me wrong, for the most part I think WND is a great news organization. However, they certainty do have their biases (as all news organizations do), and they push that bias down the throats of their readers.
Does America need a second revolution? Well, I guess the answer to that depends on whom you're discussing it with. Certainty, the Democrats need to be thrown out on their rears. They have done more damage to this country in less then a year then all others in previous American history combined. Yet are the Republicans the answer? The Republicans are so concerned with "co-existing" with the Democrats that they end up compromising. That cowardly policy ultimately harms the nation even more.
WND, along with other entrenched conservative columnists, is pleading with it's readers to not adopt a third party. They say that if we do so, then the conservative vote will be watered down and the socialists will remain in power. Well I, for one, am sick and tired of having to choose between the "lesser of two evils." That's what happened to the 2008 elections. The conservatives were sickened by the fact that they had to choose between Obama or McCain. Many of us simply refused to vote. Most of us will not allow ourselves to be forced into such a situation again.
For example, take the recent race in New York where even though victory was stolen by common liberal practices in vote counting, Doug Hoffman (of the Conservative Party) almost won. Think folks, this is ultra liberal New York! As well, during this race, the Republican party once more revealed it's true colors as former House Speaker Newt Gingrich"talked up" Dierdre Scozzafava. This is the same Dierdre who, after dropping from the race, went on to endorse her Democrat opponent over Hoffman.
The Republicans of today are finally jumping on the "band wagon" and are pretending to be the guardians of the conservative movement. Unfortunately, they're "Johnny Come Lately's" as they stood back to watch what would happen with the Tea Party movement. When it became obvious that this wasn't simply a passing fad, then they "engaged." While I'm thankful that they are currently opposing the socialist grab for power by Congress and the Executive branch, believe me, they aren't doing it out of any entrenched moral outrage. They're simply trying to hijack Conservative outrage to serve their own political careers. Heed my words - once they are the majority again in Congress, they'll go back to their old ways of being weak spined as well as in favor of large government. I'm tired of this, aren't you?
Today on the streets and corners of Hometown USA, anger is prevalent. The two philosophies of conservationism and socialism are in open warfare. Their corresponding supporters are animated in this fight, and tensions are running high. It will only take a spark to ignite the blaze that is waiting to spread. The long quiet conservatives have finally grown a spine and are fighting back. The socialists, used to years of passive resistance, have finally worked through their shock and are turning to all the dirty tactics they know. They're even inventing new ones. Unlike times of old, this is not cowing the conservative base of America. Instead, this is only energizing them.
No, even if the Democrats are thrown out on their rears in 2010 and 2012, that will not be a revolution. A revolution will be occurring when American citizens stand up in open defiance of their government to say, "no more!" That open defiance will be backed up by arms and warfare will spread. That we are headed towards a revolution, of this I am sure. The real question is: How it will end?
That begs the question, what is a revolution? Simply put, it's citizens saying "no" in the most forceful manner possible. Our country was founded on that "no" when the colonies stood up to the crown, said "down with taxation without representation," and then backed it up with an armed conflict. That conflict forceably threw off the chains of bondage and a new nation was born.
To be blunt, I'm getting pretty fed up with columnists, politicians, and news medias leaping onto the "bandwagon" only to hijack it for their own purposes. Don't get me wrong, for the most part I think WND is a great news organization. However, they certainty do have their biases (as all news organizations do), and they push that bias down the throats of their readers.
Does America need a second revolution? Well, I guess the answer to that depends on whom you're discussing it with. Certainty, the Democrats need to be thrown out on their rears. I Appologize
Folks, I apologize for my recent couple of posts. I admit that I have been very angry, and I know that I'm not the only one. Yet that should not be an excuse for my recent conduct. I am a passionate person, and those passions run quite deep. Sometimes, if I'm not careful, they'll boil over on to the surface and explode outwards in a magnitude equal to a Mt. Vesuvius eruption.
The Democrat takeover of our personal freedoms have hit home. Perhaps if I give some personal background, the reasoning for my feelings will be made clear.
On October 31th, 2007 I was rear ended in an auto accident. December 12th of 2007, roughly six weeks later, I was rear ended once more as I was at the post office dropping off paperwork for the first accident. Due to the injuries sustained in these accidents, as well as other issues, I have been on Social Security Disability since March of this year (2009). For a hard core Conservative, this has been a difficult pill to swallow. I absolutely loath the welfare system as is. I have seen too many people abuse it and continue to live off of it. Yet that is not my case. This is why I am returning to college next semester to pursue a diploma in English. I refuse to be yet another leech on society.
Formerly an IT professional, I have found myself extremely limited in what my body will allow me to accomplish. Gone are the days where I can stand on my feet for more then a handful of minutes at a time. Stooping and lifting are out of the question. What I am still able to do is write.
This past year while on disability, I have not had medical insurance. In fact, I will not have medicare until the 1st of next month. However, I refuse to use it. When I paid for my classes, I bought campus insurance, and that is what I'll be using for my medical care. That being said, I feel that I am quite qualified to discuss the "health care" reform in it's current congressional draft (soon to be law). I am very much opposed to it. Regardless of my injuries, I am loath to have myself placed under any more government control, and I know what it will do to the nation. I strongly oppose abortion, large government, and socialism in all it's forms. I feel that I am using disability as it was intended, to help me get back on to my feet so that I may once more become a contributing member to society.
Yet that is not what the socialists in power want. They need us to be completely reliant upon them. When they have Americans dependent upon them, their power grows exponentially. As their power grows, our freedoms are taken away. I would rather spend the rest of my life in disabling pain then to support any move by our government to remove more of our freedoms. This is why I have been so upset about the very recent government grab for power. I am personally living in a situation where I have no health insurance and am in constant pain. Yet I recognize everyone's rights to liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I am very frightened by what we are witnessing as a nation, and I am disturbed by what seems to me, at times, to be a less then 100% willingness of Americans to fight this.
My name is posted all over the internet, and anyone doing a cursory search may find me. What they will find is my outspoken opposition to the Obama administration. There may even be a time in the future where I could be removed from my disability status before I'm able to enter the workforce simply because of the positions I have taken. Yet out of love for my country and my fellow Americans, I am putting all of this on the line.
So when I read the news and, to my disdain, discover more betrayal by our elected representatives, when I discover life-term judges creating laws (unconstitutional), when I see our God given rights as American citizens being flushed down the toilet, I become angry. When I talk to the average American who is unwilling to learn about our Constitution and the founding of this nation, when I hear people tell me that they have given up and that they feel there is no hope, I in turn become quite frustrated. When I hear of politicians compromising my liberties, I seethe deep inside. When I am placing everything I have on the line, and see other Americans unwilling to do the same, in disgust, I wonder why?
I'm far from perfect. As everyone else, I have my faults. I have a powerful temper and a strong loathing for what is being done to this nation. Unfortunately, sometimes that bursts out in my writings. I do ask that you forgive those occasional outbursts and I promise to try to keep a strong reign on my emotions.
I won't give up on this country - this beautiful nation that was blessed by God. I won't turn my back on the Founding Fathers, nor on the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our liberties. I ask those of you who are currently engaged in this war to continue to stand with me. To those of you who have yet to enter battle, I plead with you to take up freedom's banner with me.
May God guide those of us who truly love His given freedom, and may we trust that His providence will lead us to victory.

A Dollar a Month
I just can't stay away, I have to vent because I'm so upset.
Under this health care bill, you will be paying $1 a month for abortion coverage, regardless if you want to or not. You are forced to pay for abortions. Also, the previously promised "morality clause" that would have allowed insurance companies to opt out of providing coverage for abortion was not included.
Now we have more insults coming from the Democrats. Sheldon Whitehouse (sounds appropriate right now, don't you think?), a Senator from Rhode Island, stated:
Hear that folks? If you oppose this, you're a fanatic. You are a part of a militia as well as Aryan support groups. since we're racist and can't stand the very fact that BO exists, that's why we oppose this horrendous administration.
Well if that's the case, the majority of America fits into that category, even blacks and other minorities!

Have a Merry Christmas
Have a Merry Christmas all. I'm taking the rest of the month off. I'm too upset with whats going on in the nation, the apathy of the majority of the populace, and the willingness of just about everyone to let this stuff happen, even if they do post the occasional protest. And as we've seen, protests have done zilch to affect our political "leaders." I'll see you next year in the country that used to be the USA.

Quick Update
Ben Nelson is now ultimately responsible for the upcoming murders of millions of unborn babies as his single vote could have prevented this travesty. Was the pay-off worth all of that, senator?
This isn't going to be much of an entry, but for those of you who have not yet heard, the last Senate Democrat holdout has been bought off by securing favors for his state. Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska has stated that he will vote in favor of the "health bill". And yes, there is still an abortion premium - meaning, all of us get to pay for others to kill their unborn children. I really wish I wasn't right in predicting this, but
I have mentioned before, will repeat - it does not matter how much Americans protest this take over. The Democrat Socialists have shown their hubris over and over again by passing bills that they want, never mind that these are something that the people they supposedly represent, oppose.
So now the government controls an auto manufacturer, the banking industry, is in the process of taking over the transit industry, and controls your health care while at the same time forcing you to pay for the murders of children.
How do you like the "change" so far, America?

What Will You Do?
I’ve been watching the speech of Lt. Col. Allen West repeatedly. I can not think of any way that someone else could have phrased our situation any better. No professional columnist, no other political candidate, no one could have stated it any plainer. In fact, I rank that speech to be in the same class as those given by our Founding Fathers. It is a speech that should be recorded for our children and passed down through the generations. This speech has caused me to ponder what I am willing to do for this country.
Each and every one of us has specific talents gifted to us by the Lord. Some of us are leaders, some of us are thinkers, others are financial wizards; the list of these gifts goes on and on. Every one of us has within them a deep love for this country. Are we willing to use our talents in this battle for freedom?
This year, I began to use this blog as a pulpit, so to speak, to preach to the masses the truth of our situation. I have attempted to encourage you to stand up and fight. I have attempted to tear down the veils that the enemies of this country, both foreign and domestic, have attempted to raise. I will not retreat from any battle.
In September, it was my duty to help organize and participate in a local Tea Party protest. I have posted articles to my local newspaper, have posted articles on other local sites, and have had numerous discussions with my neighbors concerning the plight of this country. I also had an article linked to from World Net Daily. I attended a campaign meeting of a local politician who is running for office, and unabashedly recorded my thoughts on it.
Two articles ago, I wrote as to why I feel this nation has gone the direction it’s now on. On Dig, two people gave that piece of writing heavy flack. In fact, I’ve received heavy flack for numerous articles and have been called everything from a racist and bigot, to a right wing extremist. So be it. Even so, I am only taking a fraction of the flack that the better known columnists are enduring.
On January 11th, I will be returning to college. My major will be in English, and I will be facing socialism head on in one of its strongholds. I will not back down. I will not surrender. I will take the resulting diploma and use it to constantly strive for victory in this ongoing battle for freedom.
There comes a time in every man’s life when he must decide upon his ultimate course. Will he strive for his own personal glory or will he sacrifice his dreams for the greater good of those around him?
Our Founding Fathers were diplomats, inventors, preachers, mill workers, brewers, farmers, plantation owners, shop owners and everything else in between. Those who led the Revolution not only sacrificed their fortunes and reputations, but offered up their lives so that America would be known as the Land of the Free. They were willing to give their all, and on the battle lines, many did.
If you are not willing to do the same, if you will stand on the sidelines while the enemy tears down our freedoms, indeed, if you prefer to sit quietly back while others take up this fight for you, then you are not worthy of the name, American. You might as well join forces with those who are the architects of this nation’s destruction. Your passive inactivity equates to their evil.
I have heard numerous excuses given by those who refuse to get involved; “I don’t know enough about politics to get involved,” “There is nothing I can do that will change anything,” “It’s too late,” “All politicians are crooks,” etc, etc.
Become involved in your local political scene. If you don’t like a current politician, run against them! If you can’t run, find out who is! If they’re a true patriot, do everything you can to support them! Learn about the history of this country instead of spending countless hours in front of the television or computer! Then once you’ve learned, teach others! You don’t need a special diploma in “law” to be learned! The Constitution is only four pages long! Read the writings of our Founding Fathers! Pick up material on the founding of this county, and study! Don’t sit there and makes excuses!
If you follow blogs or websites that are fighting back, support them! Post comments, dig articles, let the writers know that they have your support, and they are not fighting this battle alone! While sending in donations does help, what good is money when the Cause lacks the manpower to effectively work? Volunteer your time. Start talking to your neighbors. Stop being men and women of fear, but bold patriots who love country more then self!

The Reason For This Nation's Decline
As Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch reported, and I followed up (now finally being covered by WND), the jihad in America is still going strong – yet political correctness (PC) is preventing any actions from taking place. An excerpt from the WND article states:
Yet while this is being allowed, an 8-year old boy was sent home from school for drawing Christ on the cross. What’s more, the student was suspended and had to undergo psychological counseling. Of course, now that the school was called on its actions, they’re backtracking fast. However, this does point out, once again, that Christianity is under strong attack.
Every year around this time, Christmas is under siege. Government officials and the majority of businesses will only refer to this time of year as the “holiday season.” Long standing monuments, such as the cross in the Mohave desert, are being challenged and most of the ACLU lawyers as winning their cases.
At the same time, pagan ideas such as “Santa Claus and his elves”, along with atheist advertisements, are bombarding our children. As has been a long standing trend, retailers have once more jumped on to the “holiday” bandwagon in search of the “almighty” dollar.
My fellow Christians, your faith is under heavy assault. And when your faith is being attacked, it’s ultimately our Lord who is placed under the microscope.
In 1962, prayer was removed from our classrooms. The following year, the bible was as well. Since then, this nation’s moral character has plummeted. The 60’s became the decade of free love where those involved used LSD and marijuana, culminating in 1969’s Woodstock Festival.
Then in 1973, Roe v. Wade was passed, legalization abortion (the murder of unborn children). Of course abortion was around before this, resulting from the eugenics movement which was conceived and initiated by Francis Galton (a cousin of Charles Darwin). Margaret Sanger was greatly influenced by eugenics and founded Planned Parenthood. She at one time stated, “The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” Thus while abortion was being done clandestinely, it was the Roe v. Wade ruling that turned it mainstream. California, Massachusetts, Vermont, and other states leaning hard to the left have pushed this indoctrination on to our youth, informing them that this behavior is “natural” and the result of “genetics.” Recently, an Obama czar was actually recorded explaining to students how to perform a particularly obscene homosexual act.
During this time period, our national crime rates have soared, and as mentioned above, Christian themes and beliefs have been constantly attacked. We now have a socialist controlled federal government who is actively working to remove all of our freedoms while engineering their control over all aspects of the private sector. In fact, according to the recently passed hate crime legislation, I have just committed a hate crime by calling homosexuality what it is - sin.
Thus, tracing back from 1962, we have 47 years of Godless education being pushed upon our children. Those children have transformed into adults. As a result, can there be any question as to why our nation is in this current moral decline?

Every year around this time, Christmas is under siege. Government officials and the majority of businesses will only refer to this time of year as the “holiday season.” Long standing monuments, such as the cross in the Mohave desert, are being challenged and most of the ACLU lawyers as winning their cases.
At the same time, pagan ideas such as “Santa Claus and his elves”, along with atheist advertisements, are bombarding our children. As has been a long standing trend, retailers have once more jumped on to the “holiday” bandwagon in search of the “almighty” dollar.
My fellow Christians, your faith is under heavy assault. And when your faith is being attacked, it’s ultimately our Lord who is placed under the microscope.

Of course abortion was around before this, resulting from the eugenics movement which was conceived and initiated by Francis Galton (a cousin of Charles Darwin). Margaret Sanger was greatly influenced by eugenics and founded Planned Parenthood. She at one time stated, “The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” Thus while abortion was being done clandestinely, it was the Roe v. America, May You Rest In Peace

I don't know about you, but this came as a shock to me as this was the first time I even heard of this legislature. Seemingly, BHO is attempting to instigate so many changes that it becomes impossible to keep up and to be informed. We have Cap & Trade, a health care "reform" bill that will most likely pass in the Senate - resulting in law, the multiple "stimulus" bills, and a whole slew of other draconian government policies which are also in position to become law.
What exactly is BHO attempting to do? Well, simply look at Chavez of Venezuela and what he has done to their country. He has changed everything towards government control of all sectors from finance and health to media. This is exactly what Obama is doing.
I have mentioned before, will repeat - it does not matter how much Americans protest this take over. The Democrat Socialists have shown their hubris over and over again by passing bills that they want, never mind that these are something that the people they supposedly represent, oppose.
Tea Partiers spent the Spring, Summer and Fall working hard to protest this dictatorial government, even having protests before the "hallowed halls" of Congress. Was any difference made? None what so ever. WND is leading a "Pink Slip" campaign where now over 8.25 million pink slips have been sent to congress. Has any difference been made from that effort? No.
It seems obvious to me what these communists have in mind - they intend to pass every law possible that suits their agenda, knowing that once they are in place they will be very difficult to repeal. For that to happen, Americans nation wide will have to overwhelmingly vote out the soclialists in both 2010 and 2012. Then, if the laws are repealed, they'll have to deal with a huge backlash from "sheeple" who have grown accustom to this intrusion of government control in their lives.
For the life of me, I cannot think of any way to resolve these issues short of armed resistance. Either the Lord will return soon to claim His own, or this country is heading to open revolt. Yet with BHO's cronnies in the UN and around the world, any open revolt by U.S. citizens will result in "peace keepers" being sent to this country, and mass injustices will be practiced against Americans on soverign soil. You may call this far fetched, but time will show that I am right.
My fellow Americans, you are living in a period of time where you are literally witnessing the decline of a once great nation. You are witnessing a barbaric take over of our government with the resulting loss of our rights and liberties. Sadly, you are witnesses to the end of America as we knew it.

When December 25th comes around, and you sit at your dinner table and pray for God to bless America, consider what you have done in part for His glory, and honestly ask yourself, "Why would God bless America?" Never forget Sodom and Gomorrah.

The Woods Affair - God Can Work
No, I'm not going to write this as presumably many bloggers, and most assuredly many tabloids, have. I'm not here to heap scorn on Tiger. Although I'm not here to make excuses for him, I am, however, here in silent support for him and for his family.
We all make horrible mistakes, and sometimes those mistakes can lead to disaster. Yet what really happened here was not just a mistake, but the effects of sin running rampant. I don't know Tiger's faith, or even if he has one. I don't know his wife's faith either. What I do know is this - we all sin and though to us some sin is greater then others, in God's eyes, all sin is the same. That means, to God, lying is the same as murder or adultery. How is that? Because sin, no matter what it is, creates a gulf of separation between us and God - even the smallest lie. Yet there was a way created to bridge that gulf. That "way" is accepting the gift that Christ Jesus gave us upon the cross.
It is not my intention to stand here and point fingers at Tiger. In my own life, I freely admit that I am a sinner, and some of the sins I have committed have greatly affected others. I can only stand and write this because I know what true forgiveness means. I know this because of how God forgave me, even with others haven't. Out of that forgiveness was created a close and personal relationship between Him and I. His love, even in the depths of despair, can and does lift one up.
What has touched me most is this: a report from the Sun tabloid states that Tiger may quit golf. Why? Because his wife is choosing to stick with him and basically said that he has to choose between her and golf. He has to work hard to rebuild her trust, and ultimately their relationship. The fact that she is sticking with him, though for now only for the children, shows that his wife is more then simply a pretty face. She is a woman of character. She could easily divorce him and walk away as a multi-millionaire and be set for life. Yet for now, she is choosing family. When compared to the women Tiger has been with, Elin's true character outshines them all.
I can only hope that this report is true, and if it is, that Tiger will make the correct decision. Not many people who are caught in situations such as this are given a second chance. Some who are don't take that chance and ultimately end up walking down the road to their own personal destruction.
As reported now, some of his former mistresses have hired a high priced lawyer. It's obvious that they are going to use all of the public attention in an attempt to bleed Tiger dry. Regardless of the situation at home, and if he truly is repentant, all sin does carry a price that must be paid. God may forgive the bank robber, but he still must pay the time in jail for that crime. It is the same with all sin. There are always consequences. What may seem to be a "white lie" can ultimately, and almost always does, end up hurting someone involved. However, there is more to life then money. There are many people who live in poverty, yet who are rich in peace. Family is more important then all the gold in King Solomon's treasure. So far, it seems that they are recognizing this.
What needs to happen now is for God to touch the hearts of Tiger and Elin Woods. Due to the fact of the public spotlight, this will be even harder for them then for the rest of us. The pressures placed upon any marriage where adultery has occurred are immense. I cannot even begin to imagine how the public spotlight will intensify it. Many marriages have broken up from less, and I only hope that the Woods will allow God to heal their relationship so that this will not be the case for them.
Yet my concern is not only for them, but for their children. My heart breaks for children who are growing up in broken homes, such as mine currently are. I cannot begin to imagine the thoughts that go through such young minds, and the damage that can be done unto them. I hope and pray that the Woods' children will never have to know what it means to have a broken family.
Instead if criticizing Tiger, we need to be praying for the entire family. I hope that God will use this situation to bring Him into the midst of their trials, and that He will heal it. I know that God can and will. What remains for them is to but ask.
To the Woods family, I doubt that you'll ever read this posting. You are probably not even aware of this blog's existence. Yet I am here to say that I am praying for you. My heart truly goes out to you, and I hope God brings what your family needs into your lives, and that He will work powerfully.
Elin, I know how hurtful betrayal is. I know how, if left unguarded, it can turn your heart bitter. I empathize with you.
Tiger, I know that there are many temptations out there, and what starts off seeming to be something "fast" and "hidden" can quickly turn into a destructive addiction. I empathize with you as well.
We have all sinned, yet God is the powerful healer. He can heal this wound and ultimately use this to glorify Him. I know from personal experience the power of God, and the love which cannot even begin to be comprehended.
To the Woods family, my heart and prayers are with you!

The Troubled Patriot - December Update
The end of the year is upon us. The birds have flown south for the winter and the snowbirds have followed suit. The leaves have abandoned their branches, and the water parks are all closed up. However, I'm still here!
Last month was somewhat interesting with all the health care news from the Senate. Also, we learned some more interesting facts about the so called "religion of peace" while discovering the joys of pipe smoking from my personal perspective.
This month will mostly be a reflection upon Christmas and the holiday season. I plan on writing a few Christian entries in the honor of Christ. These may not necessarily be political, per say, but will express my thoughts and beliefs concerning my faith. These will be in addition to what is commonly posted.
Today I spent some time reflecting on the traffic to this blog. I've stumbled on to some unexpected sources. I've also realized that, in a small way, what is being written here is making a difference. It's not large, but it's enough to keep me motivated - to keep me writing.
I confess that at times I've felt somewhat despondent. I sometimes I feel as if I'm writing into a vacuum, and that the efforts of research and wording are going to waste. Yet as I seriously ponder that thought, I come to a realization. It doesn't matter who agrees with me, who follows me, or what have you. I do not write out of a desire to seek fame, but out of a desire to bring truth from chaos. I want to cut through all the neutered PC garbage spewed forth from the mainstream media and delve right to the point. I write because I have to. If I didn't, I'd probably end up drinking myself into oblivion!
The fact of the matter is this - I'm angry. I'm angry and upset at how the name of this good country is being tarnish and smothered in the filth of political correctness. I'm tired of Obama apologizing for this country when we have absolutely nothing to apologize for! I'm tired of the fascist/commnuist politicians, educators, and tree hugging hippies who are trying to tear this nation down around us. They want to erect something that no true American can recognize. While doing this, they are viciously attacking the "old guard," whom are you and I.
My response to them is to write. I'm not afraid to say it as it really is, and I won't pull my punches either. If you are out there hurting this nation, attacking good people and trying to remove our liberties, I'll call you on it. I don't care if you're the President or some person living out of a cardboard box. I don't care what political party you affiliate yourself with. On this blog, social position means nothing. Actions mean everything. Character, above all, is what is important.
To those of you who are regular readers, and most especially to those of you who have subscribed, I thank you. I know that you may not agree with me 100% on what I say (I'll forgive you, we all have our faults!), but I do apprecaite your support. To those who have referred friends and families here, bless you!
In closing, I ask that we all take time this month to reflect on God and family. There is a much overused slogan that states "Jesus is the reason for the season," yet it's true. Christmas isn't about Santa Clause, snowmen, reindeer, elves, trees, ham or Christmas Lights. Christmas is about the ultimate gift given to us by God. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus - God in the flesh. It celebrates what Jesus did for us by becoming the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, who by one action, gave us the opportunity to be free. In response, I ask that you take the time to tell those who are important to you how much you love them. And when you and your children spend December 25th unwrapping presents, remember the present that was given to you 2,000 years ago.

If you are out there hurting this nation, attacking good people and trying to remove our liberties, I'll call you on it. Actions mean everything. Character, above all, is what is important.
To those of you who are regular readers, and most especially to those of you who have subscribed, I thank you. I know that you may not agree with me 100% on what I say (I'll forgive you, we all have our faults!), but I do apprecaite your support. To those who have referred friends and families here, bless you!
In closing, I ask that we all take time this month to reflect on God and family. There is a much overused slogan that states "Jesus is the reason for the season," yet it's true. Christmas isn't about Santa Clause, snowmen, reindeer, elves, trees, ham or Christmas Lights. Christmas is about the ultimate gift given to us by God. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus - God in the flesh. It celebrates what Jesus did for us by becoming the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, who by one action, gave us the opportunity to be free. In response, I ask that you take the time to tell those who are important to you how much you love them. And when you and your children spend December 25th unwrapping presents, remember the present that was given to you 2,000 years ago.

So you want to accuse us of having the same mindset of those who opposed the liberation of slaves? Here's a fact check for you, you ignorant racist pig - first off, it was the Democrat party that opposed slave liberation. It was the Republican party, lead by Abraham Lincoln who ultimately was forced to take this nation to a civil war because Democrat racists didn't want to treat blacks as equals. Second, it was the Democrat party who opposed equal rights in the early and mid 20th century. It was the Democrats who held on to their racist bigotry, and a Democrat president who brought in what could possibly be the most damaging social system to the blacks since slavery - government care. It is the Democrats who insist on destroying the black family unit by providing abortion on demand, welfare and all sorts of crap. The majority of black children are now born out of wedlock, thanks to Democrat policy. Yet you dare compare those of us who oppose this socialist - nay communist - take over of American liberty to your Democrat brethren of the 1800s? I would ask "how dare you" except you obviously do dare.
The liberals and so called "progressives" have kept race baiting alive and well. It's the socialist pigs who resort to accusing their detractors of all sorts of filth, from racism to hate crimes. Now the "leader" of the Senate has gone on record defending his claims and restating that those who oppose this government take over of health care (and ultimately our freedoms) as being proponents of slavery!

Duplicity
In 1993, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) raided the Branch Davidian complex in Waco, Texas after a 51 day siege of the compound which resulted in 82 deaths – women and children included. Earlier this year, the Department of Homeland Defense issued a report warning of “Right Wing Extremism.” Among some of the warning signs were ex-military personal, those who want to protect our borders, those who oppose illegal immigration, tax protesters and those who are opposed to the election of Barack Obama. In September, the police force was warned again concerning “Right Wing Extremism” with basically the same charges being levied. Yet during recent years, hard evidence (including video) has arisen revealing Islamic paramilitary compounds within this nation’s borders training militants for actual combat. The Federal government has swept all of this information aside and has effectively hidden it. Just today, the Christian Action Network released to Robert Spencer, of Jihad Watch, new video showing Muslim women training in yet another camp located in Hancock, NY. The question is, why the double standard?
The Branch Davidian cult, led by David Koresh, was a secluded group. They did not have an active paramilitary camp. They were in effect survivalists, though no threat to the government or American citizens. Yet on February 28, 1993, the BATF raided the complex “to serve arrest and search warrants as part of an investigation into illegal possession of firearms and explosives there.” - Frontline: Waco – The Inside Story
After a 51 day siege, where the complex was surrounded and tactics such as blaring loud music through the night were used to weaken the resistance of the Davidians, the BATF launched an assault by firing gas canisters into the complex and then used a tank to literally break through the compound walls. In addition to the 82 deaths, 9 Davidians were handed hefty prison sentences. Contrary to initial federal claims, discrepancies were found which have led many to believe that the Federal government proceeded illegally. Seven of the Davidians who received their sentencing afterwards had them reduced, and eventually all but one of the seven were released from prison. As well, “Two ATF supervisors, Chuck Sarabyn and Phillip Chojinacki, were fired, although they were later reinstated at a lower rank.” - Frontline: Waco – The Inside Story, FAQ 10
All of this was done by the Federal government against it’s own citizens 16 years ago, yet today’s active Islamic paramilitary camps are being either ignored or silently accepted. This is being sanctioned despite the hard facts of Islamic terrorism currently active around the world.
No matter how hard I wrack my brain in an attempt to find similar terrorist acts committed by followers of other religions, no examples arise that even begin to match the scope of what the followers of the so called “Religion of Peace” are committing. The closest I can come to is the Irish Republican Army (IRA) conflict. Yet this was a conflict that had its roots deep within British history. As well, the conflict remained almost exclusive to the British Isles. Although hard and bloody, and I do not intend in any way to lessen the losses suffered, only around 3,000 lives were lost in total since the violence began in the late 1960’s.
Islam, however, is a different story. In one day alone, September 11th, 2001, the entire death total suffered in the IRA/British conflict was inflicted upon innocent American citizens. 2,996 lives were lost as Islamic terrorists crashed airliners into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and an empty field in central Pennsylvania.
Since then, the "Religion of Peace" has wracked up a mind boggling 14,471 terrorist attacks as of the writing of this article. These are attacks, not death tolls. Including multiple attacks by Islamic nations on Israel, the death tolls alone reach well into the hundred of thousands. These are not “simple” deaths either. Beheadings, burnings, hangings, lynchings, as well as other innumerably hideous acts, are a common practice used by Islamic terrorists.
The Islamists are not confining their actions to one particular region of the world either. In addition to the Middle East, terrorist attacks have taken place in the United States, England, Spain, France, Africa, Russia, The Netherlands and many other nations throughout the world.
The attacks and death toll, combined with the hatred instilled into Muslim children concerning Israel and the West, should instill tremendous caution in the hearts of those who value freedom and life. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Either because of Political Correctness (PC), fear, or outright pandering, the leaders of the Western world have turned a blind eye to the festering cancer within their respective national borders. England, who suffered through bombings from both World Wars as well as terrorists attacks from the IRA and recent ones from Islamic terrorists, has allowed the Muslim extremist cancer grow within it’s borders. The United States is turning a blind eye to paramilitary camps on it’s soil, and Amsterdam is placing Geert Wilders on trial for daring to speak out against the truth of what is really happening.
Yet it has been shown in the past that if an organization is somewhat Christian, or at least non-Muslim, and only a fraction of these offenses are committed, the Western nations will not hesitate to crack down on the “offenders.” Again I must ask, why the duplicity?
